She has spent hours upon hours, and thousands of dollars on business coaches and courses levelling up her love biz: Love Empire (formally South West Weddings with Nikki) and now has a team of 6 incredibly professional and amazing marriage celebrants who also work under the Love Empire brand.

She has run workshops and master classes, mentors celebrants and other business owners, providing training and offering shadowing at weddings, and as a former teacher connecting with people and helping them thrive in business is where her passion lies, so consulting was a natural course to take!

She has sold celebrant and engaged lovers merch in the past and will be reviving this in 2025, she hires out her expansive designer celebrant wardrobe: Empire Hire by appointment only, has written an online course with 14 heaving modules for new celebrants and celebrants who wants to learn her business tips and tricks for success, and she is currently filming them all to upload here for you to learn from her in a self paced situation, instead of locking you into a live classroom each week.

And in the second half of 2025 a new passion project will be unleashed live on the website for couples wedding planning!
